We collect only the information you choose to submit: application details (name, contact details, organisation, motivation statement and any document links), contact form messages, and newsletter subscriptions.
How we use it
Application data is used solely to assess and administer fellowships and trainings. Contact messages are used to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter emails are used to send programme updates and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. Only authorised SOMASHTE staff can view submissions. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
